How do I book an appointment?

Choose a service on our Book page, pick a date and time, and enter your details. You’ll get a confirmation email straight away.

Will I get a reminder?

Yes. We send an email and text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Use the link in your confirmation email or text message. It updates our calendar straight away.

Can I walk in without booking?

Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays for printing and quick enquiries. For enrolments and passport help, please book so we can have everything ready. Saturdays are by appointment only.

NIN & BVN

What do I bring for NIN enrolment?

Your Nigerian passport or birth certificate, proof of UK address (for example a utility bill or bank statement) and your booking confirmation.

Can children enrol for NIN?

Yes. A parent or guardian must attend with the child and bring the child’s birth certificate.

Can I do NIN and BVN in one visit?

Yes. Book both services back to back and we’ll handle them in one visit.

Passports

Do I need a NIN to apply for a passport?

Yes. A NIN is required for every Nigerian passport application. We can enrol you first if you don’t have one.

Do you issue passports?

No. Passports are issued by the Nigeria Immigration Service. We complete your application with you and prepare you for your capture appointment.

Are official fees included?

No. Our service fee is separate from official government fees, which you pay directly to the relevant authority.

Cargo

Where can you send to?

We ship to major cities across Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Ask us about other destinations.

How is cargo priced?

By weight and by the option you choose, air or sea. We weigh your items at drop-off and give you a quote and a receipt.

Is there anything you can’t ship?

Yes. Some items can’t be shipped, for example flammables and certain liquids. Ask us before packing and we’ll advise.

Printing & visiting

Do I need an appointment for printing?

No. Printing, scanning and photocopying are available on a walk-in basis during weekday opening hours.

Where are you and is there parking?

59 Kenyon Lane, Moston, Manchester M40 9JG. On-street parking is available on the surrounding roads.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00. Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 by appointment only. Closed on Sunday.
